Gift Packages

Customized gift packages can be created according to your request. We request all cell phones and pagers be turned off while in the Spa.
Gift Certificates Cancellation Policy
Gift Certificates can be purchased in any dollar amount or for any service or group of services. LVB Gift Certificates have no expiration date! No refunds given on gift certificates. Should a cancellation or date change be necessary we request a minimum of a 24 hour notice for any single service. A 48 hour notice is requested for any multiple service or spa package.
Group Bookings Checks
All corporate group bookings or parties of five or more must be held with a 50% deposit. A $40 fee is charged for returned checks.
Children Refunds
We value our younger clientele. However all children
under the age of 6 must be accompanied by an adult.
For our guests’ privacy no one under the age of 16 will be admitted to the Spa without a scheduled appointment. 		No Cash refunds, house credit only.
We hope that you understand that certain conditions are necessary for the smooth running of the Spa for the benefit of our guests. There will be times when a guest is late for an appointment, in such times the allotted time for the service will be shortened accordingly, with no fee adjustment. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment so you will have time to prepare for the treatment and enjoy it to the fullest extent. For your comfort we provide robes, slippers and lockers. All prices are subject to change without notice.
