You are invited to a free consultation with a member of our trained specialists. Together we will determine your personal beauty needs based upon your particular lifestyle and prescribe the appropriate salon treatment and/or home maintenance program necessary to keep your hair, skin and nails healthy and beautiful. Your image is our image.

Gift Packages
Customized gift packages can be created according to your request.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates can be purchased in any dollar amount or for any service or group of services. LVB Gift Certificates have no expiration date! No refunds given on gift certificates.

Group Bookings
All corporate group bookings or parties of five or more
must be held with a 50% deposit.

Children
We value our younger clientele. However all children
under the age of 6 must be accompanied by an adult.
For our guests’ privacy no one under the age of 16 will be admitted to the Spa without a scheduled appointment.

Spa
We request all cell phones and pagers be turned off while in the Spa.

Checks
A $40 fee is charged for returned checks.

Refunds
No Cash refunds, house credit only.

Cancellation Policy
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary we request a minimum of a 24 hour notice for any single service. A 48 hour notice is requested for any multiple service or spa package.

We hope that you understand that certain conditions are necessary for the smooth running of the Spa for the benefit of our guests. There will be times when a guest is late for an appointment, in such times the allotted time for the service will be shortened accordingly, with no fee adjustment. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment so you will have time to prepare for the treatment and enjoy it to the fullest extent. For your comfort we provide robes, slippers and lockers. All prices are subject to change without notice.
